Parking for tenants is available in the Travis Place Garage. The quantity of spaces are designated in each lease. Tenants can purchase validation coupons to distribute to their guests to park in the garage. Landlord reserves the right to discontinue visitor parking in the garage. If a validation coupon is not used upon exiting, the parker will be assessed $50 to leave the garage.
