Visitor Standards

Kinder Morgan advises that each tenant have standards for visitors to the Kinder Morgan Building that includes at a minimum:

• Verify visitor identity.
• Maintain visitor log that includes visitor name and date and time of check in and check out.
• Visitors mut be escorted by an employee at all times and must be checked out when they leave.
• Visitors include job applicants, customers, vendors, caterers and relative of employees.
