Kinder Morgan’s goal is to provide outstanding tenant service at all times. This means:

  1. Courteous, timely, efficient, high-quality responses to tenant requests
  2. A follow-up review to confirm that the tenant is satisfied with the response
  3. When there is a charge for the tenant service, clear and accurate invoicing

Each lease contains specific information about services to be provided, including complimentary and chargeable services. If a tenant is unfamiliar with charges for services being requested, the cost of the service will be explained.

Tenant services may be provided by Kinder Morgan staff or by outside contractors hired by Kinder Morgan. Authorized tenant representatives can submit requests for routine maintenance using the online Service Request System.

Please contact your company’s facilities or office services group in order to enter a building related work ticket such as lights out, plumbing problem, hot or cold call, etc.

Retail Tenant Promotion Guidelines

KMB management will, within reason, support a retail tenant’s promotions in these ways:

  • Place tables near their place of business for a limited time
  • Post a flyer on Captivate
